Crafting Level 40 Trophy Bug

The crafting trophy crafty carl cannot be used the one that is crafted with a golden hammer. - It says you need to be level 100 while crafting itself maxes out at level 40 and at that point only gives you 1xp per craft. Please change the limit of crafty carl to 40 so it can be used.
