Cops leaving city ruining jobs

This week has been brutal. rarely enough cops to do jobs then just enough for you to start and then partway they leave and you’re stuck with the sunken resource cost and time wasted. I think you should be able to at least finish a job/ atm robbery if you started it while there were enough cops on. It’s not fair that you put resources and time in to something and then it scuffs when you’re 90% done.
