Civilian job pay increase

Suggestions

I think there should be a pay increase within civilian jobs not saying a lot but a little more to balance out and be able to actually grind something and make money a little quicker, I also think criminal jobs should pay more as well

please please please. i grind like 8-10h a day like its a real job and i’m feeling so burnt out. i kinda feel like crime is required to make good money, and i’m not super into crime, so the grind is exhausting
