CHOP SHOP BUGGED AGAIN

I was in the middle of driving the car to the chop location and the car completely despawned on me in the middle of the freeway and I had to run to the side so I didn’t get killed from being hit by other cars.. First time it happened today with chop shop but earlier it happened with Scuba Diving, as soon as the quest ended and it was time to go back to the Scuba location to turn in the stuff the boat rental completely despawned and I had to swim to shore and run all the way to the nearest road and steal a car to get back to Scuba and turn the stuff in luckily I wasn’t far out in the ocean. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP, VEHICLES ARE RANDOMLY DESPAWNING WHILE BEING DRIVEN!
