If you get dced your car often disappears when you log back in and you cannot access it til next tsunami, id much rather vechicles go to the last place they were stored as to prevent this issue from preventing use for hours at a time, this could also be a good fix for tsunamis as well, though the impound fee isnt that bad as losing your vechicle til tsunami hits.
