chameleon paint and under lights falling off cars

could we do something about this? i keep getting my car painted and then lose the paint job after like a day or two. i park it immediately after it gets painted, as instructed to by mechanics, but yeah after like a day or two, i go to pull it out of a garage and its just gone. also heard this happens alot with underglow lights so ive been scared to spend money on them
