Car Radio and Boombox Queue System

At the moment in cars you can have I think 6 links saved to play, the boombox currently only has availabilty to have one link saved meaning that when a song finishes you have to tab out and input another link. Would it be possible for both the car and the boombox to have a queue system implemented so that we can add multiple links for songs and have them play one after another with options to skip and pause too.
