Car paint and livrys problem

Hay guys so im having some issues with car livrys not sticking to the car and the matt colours too i dont know if its with every car but i had that problem with my 3 car ( VIGERO ZX, KANJO and Bison STX ) with vigro it disappeared 1 time i took the car out of parking and the livry was go then with kanjo it happene 3 times first time i came out of weed table and the colour was changed to normal black ( it use to be matt black) and the livry was gone. Second time was yesterday i had an accident and when i came back to grab my car the livry was gone and today the third time i pull it out of parking and it disappeared. With bison i came out of meth table the the livry was gone and it was all black i talk to other people too and some of them had a same problem with different cars
