Car Nos

I think Nos could use a bit of a rework as its never really used currently and has the potential to be much better. It costs 8 GNE for a bottle which comes out to $800-$1200 per with about 9 seconds of use. This is a pretty steep price for not much return as even with 10 people races 1 nos bottle alone will eat up nearly half your profit if you get 1st place and thats before repair costs and gas.

For balance reason I fully support Nos being limited outside of racing to avoid crims using it for easy getaways from Cops. The current limitations for racing is it feels too limited to be worth using and cuts into any sort of profit a racer might get. I would propose that Nos be buffed so that when in an active race setting it either regenerates over the course of the race or have longer use capacity (average race is 8-10 mins so 9 seconds isnt really impacting much).

Alternatively or Additionally have Nos work in a similar way to Race Harnesses where you can install a bottle for a set number of days and each race refills the capacity at the start.

One other alternative is to have a racing specific non-sellable crypto currency that is paid to racers in addition to prize money that allows them to purchase nos, harnesses, nos controllers, adv repair kits, ect. So that the cost of the items can be offset with participating in racing.
