Car livery not removing Pegassi Infernus XS

I have purchased the Pegassi Infernus XS from the tebex store and love the car. I have not been able to remove the livery off of the vehicle so I can use my own paint job. I have created and opened multiple tickets still with no resolution.

I would like to see that livery be able to be removed as It’s an expensive car that should be able to be fully customized as the car in the description shows a color and not livery skin on it. I also have clips of trying to remove the 3 livery skins from the car at the mechanic shop with no fix.
