Car disappearing and reappearing when head popping

I've had this happen to me a few times. If my head pops in city and I come back to the last location it sends my car through the ground with me and then I appear in the middle of the road randomly and my car disappears and reappears in a completely different spot later. Even if you track your vehicle it shows you the wrong location.
