Car despawning when u headpop

What was nice in other server (NoPixel) when your car poofed u were able to spawn it back so you can still use it and not have to wait till storm to get it back. there has been multiple times where i crash and then my car despawns and i am left with no vehicle till storm and its very annoying when i am mid job and have to go get or find a new car. would need restrictions but being able to have it in the garage app where u track and sell your car if you are exactly where it tracks and should be it can switch and give you the option to spawn it back. It will have to have good rp behind it and not be abused but it would be so nice to have when u headpop and the city despawns your car.
