Car confiscation times

Current PD impound times are absurd. 7 day hold for being a swap car in a low tier crime is just unnecessary. A few days makes sense if the car is used in shootings and such but for the 1st impound without any strikes is just OD. We are already getting strikes on cars with it being perma taken after 3 so why double penalize people (triple if you count the 5k+ fines to get the car out as well). Why are we so heavily discouraging and penalizing people from using their cars, this is GTAV RP. If we are so worried about being realistic cops should stop shooting tires and tasing people from 30 feet away.
