cant recover stolen drugs

When corner selling, locals sometimes take the joints and sprint off without paying. There's supposed to be counter-play: stop the thief and an "[E] Recover Drugs" prompt appears on them.

The problem: the prompt renders, but pressing E does nothing — no animation, no error message, no items returned.

I'm 0 for 10 on my recent attempts (weed joints in my case). Steps to reproduce:

• 1. Corner selling, taking offers normally.

• 2. A local goes for my product and starts his run.

• 3. punch the theif — usually the moment he starts running

• 4. "[E] Recover Drugs" appears on the downed ped → pressing E → nothing happens.

  

Please fix this ASAP, or at least disable the stealing feature, so the effort put into making drugs isn't lost unfairly.
