Business owner checkups

Im sure there is some type of aspect of this in city already but it seems quite a few high demand business’ have a severe lack of employees and/or presence in those business’. Before i just get a response of just apply then, i would like to say i have and have had no response at all from these companies (i.e PDM, LUX, and Larrys). I see nonstop people looking for a worker to sell them a car and yet there is little to no one able to do so. This leads to my suggestion, there should be some type of requirement, especially for vital business’, of hours worked per week and presence by owners and/ or hiring staff. I have talked with a manager of PDM and he advised that there were over 30 applications for PDM that had not even been viewed by the owner and he did not have the capability to hire people on his own. In my opinion that’s bull shit the city is setup to have independent business that operate on their own, which makes it immersive and fun, but if new players cant even get cars they aren’t going to stay around. I think there should either be a change to how this is controlled/kept in check by sever staff or make the option for people to buy cars without a sales representative to punish the owners of these car sales business’ by losing out on money they could have made by properly running their business.
