Bank Trucks and Containers

There seems to be an issue that’s been going on for a while now. When you do a bank trucks or containers there will either not be enough guards than anticipated or just no guards at all to kill. This scuffs the whole job as if you check the job app it’ll say eliminate 2/8 guards when there was literally only 2 out front. Basically it just tell you that you need to eliminate more guards than there even is at the job. And to get to the next step of blowing the back of the bank trucks or cutting open the container you have to get past the killing guards part of the job. So therefore your keycard is just wasted as you use the keycard before all of this. Also I think this just needs to be fixed stat as there isn’t much opportunity for heists at the moment. There is only stores, laundromat, and vangelico but laundry and vangelico are always to hot to hit as there is 300 ppl in city and 2 heists with cooldowns.
