ATM rework

The whole ATM situation needs to be reworked. I am in the city every day and I try to get wool after every single storm. No I'm not kidding I have been doing this everyday since January 1st. No I don't have the gold or silver subscriptions but it should not be this hard to participate in this criminal activity especially considering the daily limit. I don't understand how only six people can get wool after every storm. I try every time and many times I am either too late, my game crashes, I am stuck and I can't open the store ..regardless of the fact that I am nearly first in the queue every time as well. And maybe this wouldn't be so bad but this leads me to my main complaint.

 I am constantly having problems with the ATMs and ropes. I have wasted so many ropes because the ATM stays stuck in the wall leaving my car tied to the wall and the only way to avoid capture is to waste my rope. Speaking of wasting rope, why is it that I can start an ATM and not be able to open it because of not enough police in the city. I have had instances where I am in a police chase ..barely escaped with the ATM ..go to open it and I can't because there's not enough police on. If I am taking the risk to do this criminal task and using my resources such as my rubber and my “more valuable than gold” wool ..not to mention all of the time I put into this.. I shouldn't be able to not finish the job because of a matter out of my hands.

So on top of having to wait for police to defend their own City from criminals ,having a limit on how many ATMs I can do ,and the difficulties with obtaining wool and doing the ATMs themselves, something needs to change. First I recommend once an ATM is pulled out of the wall and the timer is up it doesn't matter whether there are enough cops on or not to finish the job. Second, I recommend making it so that people can obtain wool easier and yes I know about laundromat but it is still unreasonable that there should be crowds of people and only six people get it. Third, please look into this bug where the ATMs are getting stuck on the walls and there's nothing you can do about it ..it has wasted me more time than I would like to admit.
