ATM

This one is pretty clear cut, if there is enough cops it lets you put the rope. But if at anytime enough cops clock out to go below the threshold, when you try to crack open the ATM it says “not enough police”. This leads to wasted rescources, and think the cracking open should not be tied to police in city like before in 2.0. When you first put the rope if there is enough cops thats basically saying the job is a “go”. Just my 2 cents on the matter. Thank you.
