Annis Elegy RH8-S Performance

I bought the new "Annis Elegy RH8-S" yesterday. I've put 100k into modifications, which includes full performance package.

The issue is kinda hard to describe but it feels like the performance modifications are only active part of the time.
It feels as if the performance modifications are active for a period once the car is taken from the parking lot and then they slowly fade over the next 5/10mins until the car feels stock again.
I also ran into another owner and he also had the same experience with the car.

Sometimes the car takes off and hits top speed as you would expect but most of the time it feels stock or simply too slow for what you would expect the car to do. This is evident from the drag times you can see that I've set.
Jessie suggested a clip of the performance fade but it would be very hard to create. Best thing to do is max it out and take it for a spin so you can feel it.
The times are a whole lot slower than other A-class cars.

In my humble opinion, I believe that there may be something amiss with the car currently. My apologies if I am incorrect and you believe it is performing as intended and if that is the case, I would like to suggest having the performance improved as it is quite an expensive car, angled towards racing but currently, I don't think it can keep up with most other A-class's.
