Allow Lawyers to Log Stolen Items in MDT

Right now, reporting stolen vehicles or weapons takes a long time. Civs have to wait around for an officer, and officers usually don’t enjoy doing the paperwork.

I suggest letting lawyers to use the MDT system just like police. When a civ comes to a lawyer, the lawyer would log the details; name, weapon model, serial number, or license plate/vin number for a vehicle, directly into the MDT. This would officially record the report without needing an officer there.

This would:

• Let cops focus on other tasks that they prefer

• Give lawyers more meaningful responsibilities in RP

• Make it easier for civs to report theft quickly

Since the MDT system is being re worked at the moment, this should be a good time to add this type of thing.
