Active Mechanic Shops

Since LSIA got closed down the availability of mechanics within the city has been next to zero. Tuners is open here and there but its limited and Harmony has been open but its not always the most convenient to drive out there.

I think there needs to be a priority in replacing these owners much quicker as places like LSIA, Benny’s, and Customs should never sit dormant. I know there is many people looking for mechanic jobs so there is no shortage of workers to keep these places open.

So many businesses have been left empty for so long and it makes the city feel empty. If the issue is lack of pure legal civs to run these businesses maybe it can be looked into to open that restriction up a bit so that these businesses can be open rather than sitting closed for weeks/months at a time.
