Access to apartment

I've been playing RP for close to a month and my apartment doesn't work, selected Alta, but still not working. Went to Sandy to switch but the "E" doesn't work. Could someone help me access my apartment. I created a second character and it works entering any apartment but everything is under my main. Thank you in advance.
