Truck Driving Bug

Hey first let me start off saying I love the city I happen to have found a bug while truck driving. I tried to F8 and quit and fly back in to see if it would stop the person from spawning on the floor and there is no way to get to the person to deliver the packages but I took a screenshot to show you what I am talking about.
