Skill Booster (Still waiting)

I have been waiting for someone to respond to me about my skill boosts that aren’t showing up for going on almost 2 weeks now. I would like to be informed by someone as to what the next step is to receive them. Two weeks is getting a little crazy in my opinion when it comes to actually real life money being spent, not just in game currency.
