Radios Should NOT Have a Distance Barrier

First, I want to say I really appreciate the work that goes into maintaining and improving CityLife RP. I’d like to respectfully suggest that radios should not have a distance limitation added to them.

While I understand that adding a distance barrier could increase realism, I believe it may unintentionally harm the quality and flow of rp. CityLife RP often involves multiple people, friends, groups, etc to be spread across different areas of the city at the same time Especially when people are doing there own things. Reliable communication between people who are scattered across the map is essential, and would greatly improve QOL.

In many cases, strong and consistent communication actually enhances roleplay because it allows people to react properly, coordinate realistically, and keep situations organized. While realism is important, gameplay balance and smooth RP experience are just as crucial.

For these reasons, I respectfully believe radios should remain without a distance barrier. Thank you for taking the time to consider this suggestion.
