Prison spawn bug

Describe:
If you go to prison and log off and relog onto the server, you can select your spawns. After you select your spawn you will spawn where ever selected rather than spawning in the prison where you're supposed to be. You will lose all your items upon spawning elsewhere but that is expected as you arent supposed to be outside of the prison.

Reproduce:
Go to Prison, log off and log back on and select any spawn.

Expected:
You should spawn in the prison and not be able to select a spawn.
