Postops Truck Turbo Bug

Hello hello! hope y'all doing goodie! Basically i got chapter 60 with postops and technically for what u read from the wiki that u would unlock a turbo on the truck.. and honestly it feels like there is no difference in speed or anything in the truck! is it a bug or putting a turbo on the truck wont make a difference! Im at chapter 63 rn and it feels the same! Thank you guys for your time and effort in this ticket and the city!
