New animatie menu

So with the old animatie menu. I believe it was WC_emotes.

There were alot of immersive animations.

For example: /e lean. Was a animation instead of a sudden change of movement. Same with /e guard. Same with /e sitchair4. It was way more immersive to use the animations that were there since they did a full animation.

Smoking also doesnt work anymore which i hope is a known problem. We cannot do a smoke animation. Even if we could. We cant walk or open our inventory or use our phone while smoking.

Same goes for joints we can only smoke them in the car to reduce stress.

Im really looking forward to use the proper animations again since i can provide some good immersive RP
