MonstroCiti Paintjob

Hello! My monstrociti had a couple paintjobs done recently, with metallic finish, but after I parked it, it went matte.

I had a paintjob done a couple weeks ago, saw the issue but thought it would go away on its own, but I tried to repaint it yesterday again, nothing, then tried to remove then windows tint (since it made my back windows unusable, i thought it could be related) but still, nothing.

The paintjob was a black metallic base with a yellow pearlescent coat.
