Changes to Robbing

I personally believe that robbing people should be a gang menu exclusive feature. I’ve talked to a bunch of people and it seems that even though its a rule to have valid roleplay behind robbing, it’s not being followed. Now yes, there can be reports made and they can get dealt with but for a new person who recently flew in to get robbed day 1, it just turns everyone away and those who stay are super skittish around everyone else. On top of that, if the new person or even veteran player gets robbed of valuable items due to someone who just doesn’t care, there is no comp system in place for this rule break.

I think changing it to a gang menu only would help clean up some issues & would overall be a positive change to this city.
