Car is not available after change

My car (benefactor s600 former mercedes s600) is stuck in the alta parking lot. i cant get it out of there after rejoining and tsunami. When i try to request it nothing happens. Also its not in the impound lot. I checked that multiple times. Also i didnt find this type of car in any vehicle store. Is it possible that its removed/not properly replaced? Also i didnt get a refund if this matters.
