Cant get into my car

I have a monopoly car specifically the Annis ZR350 Hycade Street Spec, it has a custom plate on it and every time I pull it out of the garage I do not get keys and on top of that I lost all cosmetics and upgrades I put into it. I really would like to drive this car again as it is my absolute favorite!
