Bug Report - Car Unlock/Lock Issue

Locked my car, went in my apartment, came back out and it just simply will not unlock. Usually it works in about a minute after I run away, this time it is completely bugged until tsunami. Flew out/back in, and still wont unlock. Is there a fix for this coming?
