App to track skills/tracker

With the new phone system, it would be awesome to have an app to track all of your skills/chapters. Typing in /skills isn’t a huge deal but an app would be super quick and convenient.

This would also be much more intuitive for new people, while presenting the depth of the city, showcasing the skills. something like that might just grab the attention of new players who feel lost initially.

Really I just think it would be convenient lol, thanks!
