add - Not allowed to sell tebex cars to mosleys to the rules

i think it should be added since theres nothing in the rules stating you cant i understand why but i only listed my car there because i seen numerous of them listed and i dont like the car honestly but i removed it when asked by staff i just think it should get added to the rules to prevent it in the future or remove the ability to list tebex cars
